The technology works by fusing a second layer of hard-wearing polymer to the dropstitch core, minimising our environmental impact while improving the structural integrity and longevity of our boards. Using Fusion not only reduces the weight of the board by 2kg but also makes it stronger and improves the rigidity, even at lower pressures. However, to experience our board at full performance we recommend inflating them to 20psi.

Stand up paddleboarding is one of the best ways to keep fit while experiencing the great outdoors and there are almost no limits to where you can go. Because of this we understand the importance of building a board which can stand up to any task. During our 5 years of manufacturing we have tested many grades of drop stitch and PVC, some of which have had very poor performance. We have now found what we believe to be the strongest materials used in the industry so if you want to throw your board off a building or park your car on it, you can. (This is not considered regular use and will void the warranty)

Every board is rigorously tested to meet our high expectations of what we think makes a great paddleboard. Not only are our boards built to withstand the industry benchmark of “over 20psi” but every board is also tested to make sure they can cope with a massive 25psi. Boards are also pushed to their limits and have to be capable of withstanding high temperatures and loads.
